The house is very comfortable for one or 2 couples.
We do have a 4-person Maximum, and prefer adults over families

Standard Rates :
$150/night - 2 people
$200/ night 3 or 4 people
Holiday Rental:
This is for the Christmas and New Year’s weeks:
$250/ night - 2 people
$300/ night - 3-4 people
This year, 2025, the HOLIDAY DATES ARE:
December 20th - January 3rd.
We are running a SPECIAL this year, for those folks who want to spend a little more
Time in the Tropics:
The week before Christmas - December 13-20th AND/OR the following week - January
4- 11 can be rented for $1,000 EACH WEEK, in addition to the Holiday rental weeks.
Cleaning is paid for by the renter at departure:
Roughly $450
The house is about 30 minutes North of the KONA airport, located in Waikoloa Village
